During a 1998 study, 240 copulations in between Japanese macaques had been observed, with female orgasmic responses observed in 33%. They observed whatever they called woman orgasmic responses as: ‘the feminine turns her head to glimpse again at her husband or wife, reaches again with just one hand, and grasps the male.’ The frequency of orgasm
